Russian Government supported the proposal of the Federal Fisheries Agency to subsidize the transport
Datetime：2021-03-10The Russian government intends to introduce subsidies for the transport of fish by rail from the Far East to the central regions of the country. The draft of the corresponding resolution, prepared by the Ministry of Agriculture, has been published on the official website for the publication of information on the preparation of draft regulatory laws by the federal executive authorities and the results of their public discussion.
Earlier, the head of the Federal Fisheries Agency, Ilya Shestakov, noted that subsidizing the transport of fishery products to the European part of the country can become a significant incentive to increase the volume of supply of fish and fishery products to the central regions of the country.
The draft resolution proposes to modify the rules for the granting of subsidies from the federal budget to the public limited company Russian Railways to compensate for the loss of income derived from the establishment of preferential rates for the transportation of cereal crops, oilseed processing products, vegetable products. and mineral fertilizers, adding fish and fish products:
c) paragraph 3 after the seventh paragraph shall be completed with the eighth paragraph as follows: “fish and fishery products - from the railway stations of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation included in the Far Eastern Federal District, in the address of the railway stations of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation (except for transportation within the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, included in the Far Eastern Federal District) ";
d) clause 7 will be completed with clause “e” as follows: “f) for the transport of fish and fishery products: a copy of the request for the transport of fish and fishery products; copy of the contract for the sale of fish and fishery products, certified by an authorized person, indicating the purchase price and (or) copies of the documents confirming the right to acquire (capture) aquatic biological resources; a copy of the agreement on the provision of services for the transport (shipment) of fish and fishery products between the sender and the buyer of fish and fishery products, certified by an authorized person, if the sender is not the owner of fish and fish products , but acts on behalf of the owner or buyer of fish and fishery products and the condition of transport is not stipulated in the contract of sale. "
